Question 1

Who owns the source code?

Accepted Answer

You do. All code and IP are transferred to you on final payment.

Question 2

Can you work with our existing team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly embed with in-house teams or take over projects started elsewhere.

Question 3

How do you handle changing requirements?

Accepted Answer

We work in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, so priorities can change without derailing the project.
